Assistance with educational institution building

The expertise of TIMS Holding B.V. on corporate universities/academies is illustrated by the fact that its chairman and managing director, Sybren Tijmstra, has been Knowledge Manager of the Workgroup Company Universities of the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) and has supervised a thesis on Dutch corporate universities.
Based on this expertise we have assisted a range of international companies in developing corporate universities / academies. Starting from the vision-mission-strategy of the company we make sure that the corporate university provides the staff with the required knowledge, skills and attitudes to effectively let vision-mission-strategy come alive and assure a successful implementation of the strategic objectives.
We have also helped with the creation of a range of business schools and executive education centres across the world.
